Many browser-based games are plagued with people who bot and find exploits to cheat through. Especially when a game releases there may be a couple of vulnerabilities and unintended bugs.
I hope this isn't the case and that there are systems in place preventing this.
I believe a one-time purchase fee would be a positive thing, especially on Steam where people love to give bad reviews when they try out a game of a genre they don't usually play. This way most if not all people who buy the game are already fans or at least familiar with the genre and will give a more accurate review resulting in more recommendations and reaching a bigger audience since I'm confident in assuming they will be overwhelmingly postive, hah.
I also believe its better to have a client version for long-term/extended gaming for several technical reasons, so I truly hope they release the Steam client version shortly after if not along with their eventual release.

I prefer F2P with fair buisness model, In this case the game would be able to collect large player base and many P2P indie mmos dying cos of a small player base.

I agree with the premise. I'm not opposed to it being free-to-play for those reasons. But others may argue that beginning with a smaller player base to start off with might be a good thing and they may open it up to a free-to-play afterwards as long as they give decent incentive to those who bought it beforehand.
Buying the game as Early Access then free-to-play on release, not a bad idea as long as buyers get a little extra through that transition.

There's a high chance that it will be on Steam. Will you pay to play it or only if it's F2P?
